The Wedding
I remember the day so perfectly, driving down the winding Hedsor House driveway. The hedges were plush with flowers, the birds were singing and the sun was in the sky.
Alice and her bridal party were arriving along with all suppliers at one of my favourite wedding venues. The catering team, as ever, totally smashed it. Caper & Berry and their team were fantastic, delivering exceptional service and the most delicious food.
As guests tottered down to the church, the bride was getting ready to leave with her beautiful mother in a gorgeous white car.
Canapés were served on the south lawn, croquet and a gorgeous group photo culminated the sunny reception. The table centre pieces were beautiful, floral and delicate and the table names were written on tiny little cricket bats, perfect reflection of David’s love and past profession.
Dancing into the evening, guests enjoyed cocktails and a fantastic live band.

Quintessentially British
Summer roses and cricket bats. Scroll down to see how this perfectly English wedding was what Alice and David dreamt of.
All great meetings start with a bottle (or two!) of Champagne, and this was no exception! Alice and I met after work one evening at The Botanist in Sloane Square and instantly knew we would have the most brilliant time planning together.
