The Wedding
Trinity Buoy Wharf is an iconic warehouse venue in East London, with amazing views of the River Thames. When you think about a blank canvas space, this is exactly what comes to mind! The charming brickwork gave the space a beautiful backdrop, and the venue team are brilliant and always knowledgeable about how we could utilize all spaces when it came to organising this event. Hazel from this flower company designed the most spectacular hanging instillations which were suspended from TBW's original ceiling hooks. The bouquets and buttonholes were happy, wild and striking. Miles is from Nigeria, and we knew it was going to be important to get some African spice in to the menu! Caper and Berry did an unbelievable job during the day (as they always do!), delivering a menu consisting of
Jola Catering then took over for the evening buffet and cranked up the heat with a traditional Nigerian menu.
Entertainment then kicked in, and guests partied hard to a great band and finally, a very fun DJ. The bride and groom both wowed guests with an outfit change and danced under the twinkling disco ball lights! Groom wasn't initially a huge fan of the glitter ball, but just look at those photographs! I think they should be an essential for all parties.

A colourful wedding set in one of East London's quirkiest warehouse venues. Overlooking the River Thames, guests enjoyed some amazing entertainment and food to die for at the iconic Trinity Buoy Wharf.
There are clients who you can't help but fall in love with. Rebecca and Miles were those clients to me. Two hugely talented creatives, I knew we were in for some serious fun at their wedding!
Originally booked as a "day coordination”, this couple soon realised there was a little more involvement needed. With my extensive black book of suppliers, we finalised and amazing caterer who delivered beyond our wildest expectations.
